My (biggest) projects
Otron.io
I created an API that allows developers to dispatch an agent with an objective to retrieve information from third parties. This is with the vision of enabling fully automated B2B communication powered by Large Language Models exchanging information.
Internal Order Management System (Hubs)
Over the last five years, I have been scaling our internal systems to keep pace with the company's growth and the unique B2B marketplace requirements. This involved expanding the team from 10 to over 200 Operations employees.
Initially, I configured Ticketing, CRM, and internal systems, then moved on to designing full-fledged Order Management systems with Retool. Eventually, as the Technical Product Owner of the internal tooling engineering team, I led the development to build these systems for future scalability.
Customer Service Ops, Data & Systems
During my time in Customer Service, I owned the First Response Time and CSAT OKRs for our team. As the Customer Service team transitioned into a larger Operations team with diverse functions, I evolved into a generalist guide. In this role, I focused on establishing team processes, utilizing existing systems, adopting new ones when necessary, and setting up and monitoring team KPIs
World first distributed 3D Printing Supply Chain
I was tasked with transforming a 30,000-person Peer-to-Peer Marketplace into a sustainable, worldwide B2B distributed Supply Chain network. At the time, this was a novel concept, and I served as the company's first 3D Printing Supply Chain Manager. Since its inception, the network has functioned as the core of the company and was acquired by Protolabs for $280M in 2021.
Community Manager & 3D Printing expert
Starting as a non-technical community intern, I immersed myself in the technical aspects of 3D printing to best represent and understand the 3D Printing community.
I enjoyed representing and pitching 3D Hubs, as well as developing my expertise in 3D printing to grow and support our community. I organized events, managed social media, and later assisted some community members and our company with 3D printing questions.
